Some good news
from selling business.LaCargo has now
officially passed the "10.000 sold items" mark!
LaCargo.de resulted out of a studio project on Deep
Mission Records. It became the brand of my self-made
media-selling business on discogs.com, focused on
music related to the original "LaCargo sound". Later
expansion lead to worldwide distribution of
electronic music of all kind on Vinyl and CDs.
LaCargo stands for profession, reliability and
extensive marketing strategies. In 2 short years,
this company has become one of discogs' most popular
sellers and still ranks #1 of global customers
recommendations list.

Well, what can I
say..? It was really good to be back last saturday
to see a lot of well known faces:
Log:One & Wragg, Iain Cross, Louk and Busho (yeah
mate!), aswell as some of my LaCargo customers (Hey
Alan!) and of course, many many southwest ravers who
made it to come down to boney Bournemouth for a
hard stomp. Special *thx* to James & Rebecca for the
super deluxe accommodation!

..No joking! While
my brand LaCargo represents one of discogs'
most highly appreciated Vinyl and CD sellers, I
decided for myself to go with the mob and find my
way into the digital age. Well, some of you will
think I'm far behind the time now. But I only got
there, because of the vast opportunities offered in
these technical times! A tune doesnt have to be
fixed as it used to be. The digital age allows
producers and performers a major advance against
oldschool odds! We create the sound, We make the
difference! And we decide how its going to be while
digital music allows every single one of us to edit
and remix every single bit of future music. Facing

Dear Vinyl lovers, please read
THIS. For 1 week a rumor went around on the
internet, saying that one of the
biggest german dance music vinyl distibution
companies, "Discomania Distribution", being insolvent and
running bankrupt. They now announced an official
statement in which they underline this rumor.
Directing manager Armin Johnert replied on request,
that several strategies are being pulled to put the
company back on course such as
short term employment and others. On research on the
internet, this interesting letter popped up:

Ps 1: LaCargo.de Vinyl Distribution is not directly
influenced as we have some back stocks of DMD tunes.
We may have delays in back-ordering restocks though.
Ps 2: Real DJs play vinyl. Vinyl is the most

eventhough the digital market has taken over loads
of the territory. There's still a scene. There's
still a big bunch of DJs buying and playing Vinyl.
