Berdy Murbach (born 1985, on February 25th) is a
music producer and disc jockey from Northern
Germany. He's been going under his main alias of
DJ Slideout for more than a decade and is being
refered to as a pioneer in producing a unique
style of modern hardtrance sound. Most notable are
his international hits "Bloody Pimp" and "Leave Us
Alone" but also spin-off projects in business
under the alias of LENGO and LACARGO, under which
he firms and operates in label and distribution
business.
It all starts in 1999. At the age of 14, Berdy
attends his first Rave, called "Giganten", giving
him an impression of what his life would lead him
to, if things would roll up as easily as they look.
Well, in the end it's been a hard way though. Back
in 2001, a german recordlabel from discovers the
young talent and eventually signed him to their
artist rooster.
Not assuming that short time after, he will be one
of their main producers, running several projects
like LaCargo (with Mirko Milano) and even his
own sublabel Lengo Records, that successfully
launches with 5 sell-out vinyl releases in a roll.
His DJing carreer starts around 2002, when
first gigs at local clubs where followed by
new releases on the german recordlabel
Wicked Tunes. It would be around 2003
when prominent NL-promoter Q-Dance
booked him for their X-Qlusive event
in the Heineken Music Hall Amsterdam.
After that moment there seems no one
being able to stop this unleashing force
of producing skill. In 2006, DJ Slideout
appears on the big favourite recordlabel
ÜBERDRUCK from germany, presenting
his mighty "Face Off EP", featuring the
strong "Bloody Pimp" track, that again
ranks a No#1 seller on international shops.
One of them being the leading UK store by
the name of Germantrance.com, which later even
signs his spin-off release "Life In X" exclusively.
By
2006, he becomes active in distribution business
and launches a web-based vinylshop under his
LaCargo moniker, that soon would become one
of the most respected and appreciated mailorder
services on Discogs.com. LaCargo served 5.000
customers worldwide with club music on vinyl and
cd to this
very day and keeps pulling figures with surprising
projects
like the highly exclusive limited edition series,
which
is brought out in cooperation with yet again the
team of the Deep Mission record label. Looking
back to 5 sell-out releases, countless gigs in the
UK, Germany, 2 tours to Australia and several
short trips thruout Europe, Slideout has taken
a safe position in the who-is-who of modern
hard trance sound, marking a special way
of private note, always, not being one
of those producers that might be miss-
takenly confused with anybody else.
Even when he's rather busy taking care
of his LaCargo distribution business, he
never fails to deliver another surprising
Slideout tune that marks new production

Berdy Murbach (geboren am 25. Februar 1985) ist
ein
Musikproduzent und Discjockey aus Norddeutschland.
Seit über einem Jahrzehnt zählt er unter seinem
Pseudonym DJ Slideout zu den herausragenden
Künstlern seines Genres und wird aufgrund seines
individuellen Musikstils häufig als
"Pionier des
modernen Hardtrance-sounds" bezeichnet. Zu
bekannten
Veröffentlichungen zählen die Titel
'Leave
Us Alone' und 'Bloody Pimp', sowie Spinoff
Projekte
'Lengo' oder
'LaCargo'. -Pseudonyme,
unter denen er auch ein Plattenlabel und einen
eigenen Mailorder-service für
Tonträger betreibt.
Alles fängt 1999 bei einer Großveranstaltung in
den Holstenhallen
(Schleswig-Holstein) an. Der Großrave "Giganten"
lockt mit namhaften Künstlern (u.A. Marusha,
Kai Tracid, DJ Moguai).
Auch Berdy Murbach ist dabei.
Angespornt von
den Impressionen des Abends, war klar,
wohin ihn
sein Weg führen wird.
Allerdings
liegt zunächst
ein langer
und schwieriger
Aufstieg vor ihm, eher er selbst mit
rotierenden
Schallplatten eine Halle zum beben bringt.
2002
unterzeichnet er zunächst beim
Label Deep Mission
und arbeitet dort mit namhaften Künstlern
wie
Mirko Milano und Lady Tom zusammen,
ehe er
auch lokalen Newcomern wie DJ Ornator
oder
Mike Phobos aus Hamburg zu ersten Vinyl-
Veröffentlichungen verhilft. Durch
kleine
Erfolge auf Producer-Ebene folgen
erste Buchungen als DJ, darunter
auch vom holländischen Promoter
Q-Dance, der ihn für einen Auftritt
in der Heineken Music Hall bei
'X-Qlusive: Germany' engagiert.
In den folgenden Jahren werden
dank stets erfolgreicher Tracks
noch zahlreiche weitere Termine
in deutschen Clubs aber auch im
Ausland folgen, darunter Gigs in
England, Australien und auf Ibiza.
2006 veröffentlicht das in Hannover
ansässige Plattenlabel 'ÜBERDRUCK'
seine "Face Off EP" als Vinylsingle
und
beschert damit der Hardtrance-Szene
einen
internationalen Bestseller. Namhafte
Labels wie "Germantrance" und "Tracid
Traxxx" lizensieren exklusive Projekte
und Remixe. Ab 2006 startet Slideout
das Projekt LaCargo als
multinationales
Tonträgervertriebsnetzwerk, das
als Brücke zwischen lokalen und
internationalen Vertrieben und
Endkunden weltweit für rasche
Verbreitung der wichtigsten
Veröffentlichungen auf Vinyl und CD
sorgt.
Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit Discogs.com
und dem
konstant anwachsenden
Bestandskundenstamm, kann LaCargo kurzerhand
Exklusivprodukte
wie die 'Limited Edition' auf Vinyl
vermarkten. Obgleich die Arbeit im
Vertriebs-Management und das
Betreiben des eigenen
Plattenlabels
zeitzehrende Tätigkeiten im
Musikgeschäft
sind, überrascht Berdy Murbach alias Slideout
noch
immer mit überzeugenden DJ Sets und
Musikproduktionen aus dem eigenen
